Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes

Going with the flow helps you cope with life’s surprises

An ancient Hebrew proverb tells us,

Change takes but an instant. It’s the resistance to change that can take a lifetime.

Life by its very nature is a dynamic process, constantly changing.

For instance, millions of cells in your body have died and been replaced since you began reading this post.

Even if we resist change, it will happen anyway –┬ásometimes painfully.

Here’s the weird part: Most of our pain comes from our resistance to change, the part of us that yells, “No! This should not be happening!” – rather than the change itself.

Would you like to change that?

If we allow change without resisting it, we’re swept up in what psychologists call a Flow state – surfing the tide of life with confidence and faith.

Would you like to know how to surf in the flow of life? If so, say “Yes” out loud right now* and feel the energy flowing in through the top of your head.

Now, notice how you feel. Notice what’s different about your life in the coming week. And celebrate it!

That’s your Abundance Activation for today. Enjoy!
